Spencer Small / Analyst
Spencer assists with the underwriting and evaluation of potential acquisitions, preparation of investment packages, and management of existing assets. Prior to joining MAC, Spencer held a position as a research analyst at CBRE, providing support to brokers and upper management across all of Greater Los Angeles.
Spencer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University where he played Men’s NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse and was a member of the SU commercial real estate club.
