Jack Brown / Senior Analyst
Jack assists with the underwriting and evaluation of potential acquisitions, preparation of investment packages, and management of existing assets. Prior to joining MAC, Jack held a position as a senior analyst on the real estate advisory and valuation team at Baker Tilly underwriting investments for private and public real estate clients across geographies and asset classes. Jack has experience underwriting development, acquisition, sale-leaseback transactions as well as more complex equity modeling. Prior to Baker Tilly, Jack worked as an advisor for Cresa providing support to brokers and upper management in the industrial group across all of Greater Chicago.
Jack received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Miami University.
